Gunjan Gilbert has been selling her Indian food at local markets in the Downeast region since 2005. She has participated in the Blue Hill market in the past and is excited to return to her customers by selling on FarmDrop. Gunjan uses Indian spices and whenever possible locally available ingredients to create her unique style of indian cooking. She offers samosas, curries, noodles and naans at local markets each year.
