Dhokla (gluten free vegetarian savory cake).


This Gujarati dish is made with chickpea flour, mild spices, garlic, ginger and is steamed and not baked. Steamed in a medium round pan. You can cut it in pieces and eat it for snacks. No need to warm up. Just serve as is. This dish has a garnish of mustard seeds and curry leaves tadka. Contains dairy, but very light and fluffy savory cake. Eat for lunch or dinner or snack.
