This is a protein rich black eyed peas curry cooked Western Indian style with Indian spices, tomatoes, onions. Usually eaten for breakfast in Maharashtra province of India but here also could be eaten with rice, and breads as a main curry. Very healthy curry cooked with minimum oil, lots of flavor. Vegan and Gluten free dish. You can warm this curry up on stovetop for 2-3 min or in microwave for a min. Great for vegetarians to add it to their meals. If you like taste of cilantro, sprinkle some fresh cilantro on this dish. Medium spice.
