Marilyn's Jam Session

Marilyn's Jam Session launched just over a decade ago with an ethos of improvisation. This approach to artisanal jam creation and baking has yielded such items as Apricot Habanera (a medium heat pepper jam); Blackberry Blues (a blueberry/blackberry jelly); Rhubarb Gingerly(an intense combination of Rhubarb and organic ginger) and Conquered Grape (a spiced grape-based catsup in the tradition of 19th century Maine farm catsups). Our ingredients are as organic, local and natural as possible. Naming credits go mostly to Marilyn's Jazz pianist husband Scott.
